lunch on demand

Despite the overly soggy and cool spring, I've managed to get some stuff to grow from seed.  I got a simple salad mix and overseeded hoping at least some would take.  Well, looks like a lot of them took.  Now I've got salad for days.  I had it for lunch and dinner yesterday and lunch again today.  And guess what?  I'm already tired of salad.  Hoping Mike helps me out with eating it all.  Might have to give some to the neighbors while we're in the Ozarks NEXT WEEKEND!  So stoked!
